Because mental health & physical health go hand in hand.

Run With Me is a 5km walk or run that promotes a change in the way people perceive those diagnosed with mental illness. Started in 2013, Run With Me

is a sanctioned club with the Alma Mater Society at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. We look to raise awareness about mental health resources on campus and in the community and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.

What do we do?

Run With Me works to demolish the stigma around mental illness by hosting

events on campus and in the community that focus on creating an open conversation about mental health.

JOIN US IN ENDING THE STIGMA

Everyone has been affected by mental illness in countless ways. We personally, can no longer stand by and allow fear and embarrassment determine the course of loved ones’ lives; it is for this reason that we are looking to start a new tradition amongst the countless others here at Queen’s University.
